Patrick Flynn

Patrick Flynn is the Chief Executive Officer of Phios Corporation and an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of senior executive experience.  Mr. Flynn has provided leadership to numerous successful organizations and served in a variety of roles, including CEO, COO, and CFO.  Each of the businesses that Mr. Flynn has participated in have been successful, growth businesses.

In addition, Mr. Flynn is a partner at Assabet Ventures and currently provides executive management advisory services to several organizations in the healthcare, technology, and data management markets.  In October of 2009, Mr. Flynn retired from a ten year career at Health Dialog in which he built the business from an early-stage healthcare services organization to one of the world’s leading providers of healthcare analytics, healthcare services and decision support.  Under Mr. Flynn’s guidance as CEO, Health Dialog became and remains the dominant player in the care management services market in the US.  Mr. Flynn and his team executed a successful transaction to sell to BUPA, an international insurance company based in the UK in late 2007.

Mr. Flynn was a co-founder of Symmetrix, a management consulting firm specializing in healthcare and financial services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive, and engagement leader. Mr. Flynn began his career with Bank of America where he spent 15 years.

Mr. Flynn earned a BS in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
